Local Builder Brings Home the Gold

Wiseman-Hughes Enterprises brought home seven key awards, including three golds, at the recent Homebuilders Association of Chicago awards event. Often called the Oscars of the homebuilding industry, key awards recognize excellence in housing design as judged by the industry's peer group.

Wiseman-Hughes received seven honors in all as follows:

• Gold Award for Interior Merchandising, 2,751 - 3,000 square feet homes for the Cornell model at Windett Ridge in Yorkville.

• Gold Award for Interior Merchandising, 2,001 - 2,400 square feet homes for the Adams model at Windett Ridge in Yorkville.

• Gold Award for Interior Merchandising, 2,001 - 2,400 square feet homes for the Windett model at Windett Ridge in Yorkville.

• Silver Award for Landscape Architecture for Windett Ridge in Yorkville.

• Silver Award for Single-Family Detached Homes for Sale, 3,801 and larger for the Willow model at Ashcroft Place in Oswego.

• Bronze Award for Architectural Design , 3,801 square feet and larger for the Willow at Ashcroft Place in Oswego.

• Bronze Award for Interior Merchandising, 3,301 - 3,600 square feet homes for the Ellsworth model at Windett Ridge in Yorkville.
