2nd Phase of Devonaire Farms Opens

Wiseman Hughes Enterprises has announced the opening of phase two of its Devonaire Farms Development in DeKalb. Home sites have views of ponds, parks and open spaces, and offer look out and walk out basements.

Devonaire Farms will include 330 homes, ranging from 1,614 to 2,992 square feet with three to five bedrooms, 1 1/2 to 3 1/2 baths and attached two and three car garages per plan. Base prices range from $210,600 to $238,900. Five decorated models are available for viewing.

Also as part of phase two Wiseman Hughes is introducing the Ellwood, a 1,789 square foot ranch plan. Priced from $219,500, the Ellwood has three bedrooms, two baths, 9 foot first floor ceilings, a great room that opens to the kitchen and breakfast area, as well as a brick exterior and two car garage.

The Ellwood includes six-panel colonist trim; oak railings with an open staircase to the basement, soaking tub in the master bath and a partial basement.

Homes at Devonaire Farms include two to three car garages, four season rooms, bay windows and extended family rooms. Other options include extra bedrooms and fireplaces.

Per plan standard features at Devonaire Farms include brick exteriors, foyers, basements, ceramic tile, walk in closets, GE appliances, built in pantries, deluxe soaker tub with separate shower per plan, furniture quality cabinet and vanities, and two to three car garages.
