New Townhome Ranch Plans are ADA Accessible

Sales for Ashcroft Walk are now being held in its new home center, a short walk across the street from Ashcroft Place, developed by Wiseman-Hughes Enterprises in Oswego.
Ashcroft Walk townhomes have two or three bedrooms, two to 3-1/2 baths, lofts, two-car garages and basements. Townhomes range in size from 1,548 to 1,892 square feet and are priced from $232,900 to $259,900. Buildings for the 240 homes will have brick on all sides providing a balance of beauty and a maintenance-free lifestyle. Plus, the site features an open land plan with over 28 acres of parks, miles of walking paths, ponds, and a school site.
The four floor plans at Ashcroft Walk are:
• The Aster with 1,548 square feet, two bedrooms, two baths, this plan offers single level living that meets accessibility requirements for the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). The end unit, which allows for maximum natural light, is priced from $235,900.
• The Burdock has 1,830 square feet, two bedrooms, 2-1/2 baths, a first floor master suite, two-story living/dining room, basement and second level storage space, priced from $250,900.
• The Clover has 1,791 square feet of space, three bedrooms, 2-1/2 baths, two-story great room and basement, priced from $232,900.
• The Iris has 1,892 square feet, three bedrooms, 2-1/2 baths, upstairs laundry, two-story great room, and basement from $239,900.
Preconstruction pricing is still available for a limited time on select homes. The four models are under construction and will be completed late summer.

Lawn care and snow removal will be handled by a homeowner's association making townhome living carefree. Options will include gourmet kitchens, fireplaces, ceramic tile, hardwood floors, whirlpool tubs and air conditioning.
