Almost three million baby boomers will turn 60 this year, including Cher, Donald Trump, President George Bush, and maybe you. As a result of hitting the big 60, many will downsize from that immense two-story estate to something more manageable -- fewer steps, fewer rooms, and one-level living.
Wiseman-Hughes knows exactly who you are and what you want. They've been designing ranch plans for 45 years, continually improving and perfecting as lifestyles and people change and evolve. It's exactly why one of every five Wiseman-Hughes homeowners selects a ranch plan from among the builder's vast library of designs.
