We have been in our Wiseman-Hughes row home for 6 months now and have been extremely pleased with the quality of materials and the construction. Wiseman-Hughes offered the design features and upgrades we were seeking. Due to the number of design selections Wiseman-Hughes offers, there is nothing we had to compromise on when purchasing this home.

As there are many floor plans, the choice was difficult. Now that we are living in the space, we have found it to be functional and spacious. We have no doubt that our home will grow with us over the years.

During the purchase of our home, the sales staff catered to our needs by acting quickly due to our timeline of getting out of a lease. They scheduled our appointment with the designer within a few days and answered all of our questions in a timely manner to allow for us to make decisions quickly. The remainder of the Wiseman-Hughes staff has been professional, responsive, proactive and accommodating to our needs.
