"My experience with the sales staff and, in particular, Ann Ringas was excellent.  Ann guided us through the building process in a knowledgeable, courteous, professional and friendly way.  She did an excellent job at managing both the needs of the builder and our needs as the homebuyer.  She allowed the building process to be fun and exciting for us.  She always made us feel like we were her only customers when she was working with us.  I felt like I had made a friend in Ann by the end of the building process.  She is a true asset to Wiseman-Hughes.

Another area your company has by far exceeded my expectations is in the post-closing services.  We have specifically dealt with Dan at our home and Amanda by phone.  Dan has been excellent to work with in our home.  He has made it a point to complete any needed work in our home in a timely manner.  The other day, he even stopped by, out of the blue, to check in and see how everything was going as the house settled during the winter months.  I felt this was going above and beyond.  Amanda has also been great over the phone.  She is always prompt in returning calls.  She makes sure to get repairs done quickly and she calls back to make sure the job was done to our satisfaction.

These three people are doing a great job serving your customers.  It is because of people like Ann, Dan and Amanda that I would recommend Wiseman-Hughes to any of my friends.  Furthermore, my husband and I have been happy with our home and would build with Wiseman-Hughes again.  I hope you will pass our gratitude on to these individuals as they have made our building experience much easier. "

"I just wanted to take a moment to email you about Amanda Koplin. I know that many times people only take time out of their lives to complain about things that upset them, but I wanted to compliment Amanda Koplin.

My name is Christa Renshaw, and I am a homeowner in the Ashcroft Place subdivision. Since our purchase of our home in July 2005, we have needed to call upon Amanda to assist us in both some usual and unusual repairs upon our home. No matter how trivial or necessary the repair, Amanda has always been very prompt, courteous and professional. This has always been greatly appreciated.

However, her true abilities as a Wiseman-Hughes employee were exceeded the other day. I had emailed Amanda letting her know that we had recently replaced our locks on our front door and now had a white ring where the old lock used to be. I had asked for her assistance in either getting the information for the paint vendor, color and sheen so that we could touch up our door. This matter was not at all an emergency, but Amanda emailed me back the next day informing me that she was out of the office that day, but that the following week she would see if a sample of the paint dropped off. Just as promised, on Monday the paint was there. This really meant a lot to my husband and I. She really wasn't required to do this for us, and yet something so simple was really appreciated.

I just wanted you to know how much we have truly enjoyed working with Amanda. Also, I'm not sure who Alan reports to. I'm not sure of his last name, but if you could pass along a message to his supervisor he is another Wiseman-Hughes employee that truly has been extraordinarily pleasant."
